Mean while we have seen so many legal moves which make life of a common man very difficult, specially foreigners. We have to think twice about this immigration rules so it must not create problems for a person who is leaving in USA and working in favor of country.
immigration attorney chicago
Shapirohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07527268656903412471noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2399750140932278409.post-85078618264591002692011-09-15T06:18:18.906-07:002011-09-15T06:18:18.906-07:00As with many complex issues, it is difficult for m...As with many complex issues, it is difficult for me to not see varied value in some of the points and counterpoints around immigration. It is at minimum a sad side effect that a hateful angry few have hurt so many—not only by their direct impacts on those killed and their associations but by starting a chain of events that cause even more backlash against the innocent—domestic and foreign as well.

Regarding the H-1b however, the “measly” 30% increase should never have occurred without first correcting its rampant abuse. This well-intended visa has for decades been used largely, even primarily in many years to remove domestic jobs or at best replace them with lower paying ones. Rather than continuing to blindly bring in anyone who might be bright, the all-around domestic win would start from increasing the visas’ requirements and fees. Next, we would use those funds to better monitor the use of these visas and build domestic education. This opens tens of thousands of such visas for needed innovation, improves education and takes a step away from continuing to decimate prospects for some of our own best and brightest.John80224https://www.blogger.com/profile/07078005874493541362noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2399750140932278409.post-69913152767413102312011-09-11T18:57:08.972-07:002011-09-11T18:57:08.972-07:00Reading this post made me think about what my fami...Reading this post made me think about what my family and I went through. The events described in your exceptionally well-written post pretty much summed up the story of my family. Lucky for us that our case was represented by you and therefore we were saved. But it does not erase the tragic memories and the unnecessary hardship we went through.محمدhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09728610520614090558noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2399750140932278409.post-82923544752977006962011-09-10T11:24:28.290-07:002011-09-10T11:24:28.290-07:00Eloguent Cyrus, thanks for sharing your thoughts. ...Eloguent Cyrus, thanks for sharing your thoughts. That morning I was making calls in suupport of 245i. Was on the line to the White House when people popped into my office telling me the WTC had been hit by a plane. As the words about 245i were rolling off my tongue, I knew they would have little effect. Had no idea that a decade letter the law would remain essentially frozen as it was, but now encrusted with a layer of reluctance to approve any immigration appliclation out of fear the applicant may be the next terrorist.

Steve ClarkSteve Clarkhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07486372761341760686noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2399750140932278409.post-37685312352347258452011-09-10T08:16:43.301-07:002011-09-10T08:16:43.301-07:00Cyrus:
